Dean LaBollita, MSM, LCADC, CSW, CCS is the Executive Director since November 2017 and he brings his effective management, clinical supervision, counseling and training competencies to SFSNJ. Mr. LaBollita has 30 years experience in the field of addiction. His career started after graduating from Ocean County College when he worked as a case manager for a non-profit after studying and receiving his undergraduate degree in Education from Georgian Court University. He decided to pursue his credential of CADC after realizing he felt at home working with those in need of recovery from addiction. He has held many positions in his career; an Assistant Dean, college lecturer, and eventually Program Chair of Addiction Studies at Ocean County College. He also was the Program Director at a therapeutic community in the NJ prison system. He is also in private practice in the Toms River area. Although working in this field is tedious and sometimes difficult, Mr. LaBollita loves humor as a diffusing technique and uses puns to keep things in the positive direction.
Lisa joined SFSNJ in 2003 and has worked in a dual role as their Business Manager/Chief Financial Officer and a Licensed Professional Counselor. Prior to joining Seashore she worked in the corporate sector for a major global technology services company for nine years working in several financial capacities with her last position being the Director of Business Analysis and Market Research. She has over 25 years of experience working in financial management spanning both private and non-profit sectors. Clinically she has over 24 years of experience in counseling and case management in community mental health, substance abuse and private practice settings. She is licensed by the State of New Jersey as a Professional Counselor and Drug and Alcohol Counselor providing counseling to individuals through their employers Employee Assistance Programs, Managed Care Insurance programs and grant services. She is certified in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and specializes in trauma counseling. She is also Board Certified on a national level. She obtained her Master’s degree from University of Maryland in the area of Community Counseling from the Counseling and Personnel Services Department. Lisa is currently a member of the National Board of Certified Counselors and EMDRIA.
Ms. Irene B. Paoni provides clinical support and guidance to clinicians working toward licensure. She provides Outpatient therapy to clients requiring mental health/addiction/co-occurring services. In addition, Irene is also a clinical affiliate with Rutgers University Behavioral Health. Irene has supervised Master’s level clinicians at The Community YMCA Family Services; and carried a caseload consisting of clients needing substance use and mental health services. Ms. Paoni has experience providing individual, family, and group therapy with adults and minors. She was an Adjunct Professor at Monmouth University where she taught Social Welfare Policy. Irene completed her education at Brookdale Community College and Monmouth University.
Sandy has worked for over 35 years in the drug and alcohol treatment and co-occurring fields. She is a master’s level, licensed clinical alcohol and drug counselor. She has been licensed in New Mexico, Texas, Pennsylvania, and New Jersey, taught for the University of Arizona as a civilian contractor for the United States Navy on the eastern seaboard. Her experience includes work in non and for profit agencies, correctional facilities and in private practice. Sandy has enjoyed over two years with Seashore Family Services of NJ where she currently holds the position of program director for the agency.
